I want to replace my BJ40s (B engine) exhaust from manifold to tail pipe. Of course, no catalytic converter needed. I've called a few shops in town and they all seem to hover around $1200-$1500. Seems a little pricey, don't you think?

I'm currently putting together a good intake and exhaust for my 40 in prep for a efi upgrade. But I got to the egr port and the bolt holes are really bad and I'm unsure how to fix them. I really don't want to replace the horn or even take them off. So I got to fix the issues.
