Are the manifold studs pressed or screwed in?

Whats the best way to get this thing out?

They're screwed in. I'd hit it with penetrating oil and then blast it with heat. Maybe cut a slot in the top for a big flat blade screwdriver.

^This. And one of those nifty star drive socket thingys. Mine came right out and I'm sure they've been there since they left the land of the rising sun.

You have to drill the broken one out. Not going to be easy. I did it recently

I did it recently too. Drill hole then easy-out or similar after soaking in penetrating oil.

if there is enough to grab, use a stud remover.
plus penetrant and heat

if welder is handy, weld a larger nut over the stub and remove
