Does anywhere sell this baffle between intake and exhaust?

I also had some good luck getting bolts out of the upper exhaust flange so I might go and buy a lotto ticket lol. I did chase the threads, I also need bolts. Also haven't finished cleaning the surface so. Not rebuilding the outside horns unless it's easy-ish to get them out. Have no idea how to get them out... they don't seem to leak so might not want to open that can of worms

Check with @cruiseroutfit for a block off plate/solution

Now I am using the stock manifold not a header. Can I still use this? And I'll need a second gasket

Yup, works perfect with the stock manifolds. Sandwich it with two of the gaskets.

hey there :

when it comes to the 2F front Down Pipe Flange , its 3 Studs , 1 Gasket , and 3 Nuts .....

- i have Superseded and Updated ALL the rules and OEM part #'s using my " modern materioals with a purist based mindset T-TEN approach " :

- so you do not suffer on these key FSM step by steps anyway ......

- Carbon STEEL flange , 4mm thicketr then stock whimpy one ...

- or '

- .304 stainless steel variety , same specs as above

- longer , hand drive IN TORX studs

- self locking unique locking exhaust rated flange nuts

- ALL 100% NON-USA Japan spec . parts

- both flanges wee have water jetted in-house PERFECT Reproductions , bottom line :D

This is what I ended up going with unfortunately...your site was down and I didn't know how long it would be and this seemed reasonable so. I still need the studs and nuts though

ok ,
do u need the 2 smaller EGR kits too ?

I'm using a 76 ot 77 fj40 intake on an 83 fj60 exhaust so no and I just bought the gasket from Kurt and I'm gunna clean up the metal plate and put all new stainless hardware.

ok kool

Kurts parts are TOP SHELF ...

your fixed up there

the down pipe stuff still or you good on that ?

thanks !

On the 3 studs for the flange, I need to drill and tap the holes on mine. What is the thread pitch and size? Is it left hand thread?

how come u need to do this ?

my 3 studs Downpipe are same as originals ones ...

LONGER on the TOP end too , and THIS ROCKS !

Well my studs are broken off flush with the surface and rusted in place. I could try drilling a hole and using an ez out and alot of heat but risk breaking that ez out in the hole lol that's why I need to know if the short end of the stud is reverse thread so I know what ez out to use. I could try and weld a nut on them and hope its enough heat to get them out. And Kurt's stuff is always on point I have been ordering from him for years now lol
