engine timing

Have a 91 with a 1hdt. Currently in the middle of pulling my old injection pump out b4 putting in an upgraded one, was lining up the timing marks and the 2 timing belt pulleys line right up with the marks but the crankshaft is slightly off of its mark. Never had a noticeable issue with the...
