draining

So this seems to be a common issue. I've read about 10 different posts on it, and affects 2F's as well. It seems some great idea's from Okie rebuild, to replacing seals, or doubling up on seals or polishing bits. BUT I cant find a single thread that end's in "Well that fixed it!" Issue, Carb...

Hey all, Still learning every day about my '96 prado with 1KZ-TE. Towards the back of the manual it briefly describes the process for draining the fuel water filter filter and says to do so after getting a warning light or buzzer on the dash. Has anyone done this pre-emptively, or just wait...

Right. The Diesel is draining when it sits for a period of time. Additionally, the volt meter bounces when the signals are on, auxiliary gauges do not work, and the tach bounces when the signals are on. I'd like to get this done more sooner than later. Lunch/dinner on me for the assistance.
