camber nuts

Ordered a set of new 48190-60011 camber bolts for my 98' Lx470 which look exactly the same as OEM except the grooves for the camber nuts are oriented horizontally. 😢 Was hoping to refuse the original camber nuts... Does anyone know the part number to replace these for OEM horizontal grooved...
