    Ignition OFF but stereo and Cig ligther works

    Wrapping up work on my LX450 and noticed something odd after replacing the dash. The stereo works even with no key in the ignition, and the cig lighter does too. Is that normal? I never checked before the dash swap, so not sure if it was always like this. I have had some battery drain issues...
