80 series issue

Hi everyone i have a issue with my 80 i cant solve. whenever i turn on the electricals indicator,heater ect. It drops voltage and effects the rev needle when its on and off ive replace the alternator,battery and cleaned the ground terminal going to the block but nothing has changed would...
