360 cameras

I was running wire for my new 360 cameras yesterday and tried to remove the backup camera, unsuccessfully. I pulled both screws and had the back trunk door opened around the lock. Pretty sure I found the harness but didn't see/couldn't feel any clips for the bracket. I couldn't figure out how...

Doing research on stereo install into 2000 LX470 with Nakamichi. Found all I need to get it going. Now, I am spoiled with 360 cameras in all new cars and I want something like this in my LX. Does anybody have direct experience installing something like this? Does it work? Crap? I envision it...
