are you sure they are the factory 18"s and if so send me a pics to stern@saiber.com and how much are they? I think the 18" only come on 04s but I could be wrong like I said send me a pic and price.
I've got a set of 18's off of an 05 with the original tires. I think they only have about 800 miles on them. Let me think about a price this afternoon and I'll send you a pm.

18" blings were optional in 03 and 04. Standard in 05.

Looking for the same thing for my 99 LX: factory Lexus 18's (factory finish, non-chrome) with tires......been watching eBay, but I thought I'd ask here also.
