Saw this today, mostlly complete except for head and carb, very rusty roof and front floors, later model front fenders, ramsey PTO winch, doors looked ok (could only open the two), some original switches, tailights slightly crazed but not broken, no "toyopet" on rear handle....interesting to me was the front floor covering and firewall "insulation", either original or someone took alot of time to make...they snap on to floors and firewall...

The owner's name is John, loacated in Fortuna CA, and he wants it gone but is asking $800...will not part out...call him if interested at 707 725-5995 or 707 444-8649...

No affiliation, I was just passing through

I had a '65 Canadian wagon at one time. It had snapon firewall pieces, but I never investigated whether it was stock.

I tried...I tried, and they would have gone to someone here for whatever I had to give...I tried...

You mean it's not a good idea to pilfer parts off other cruisers that don't belong to you!!??? Damn, I knew I was a little off, but this.... I better start looking for the parts I swiped last time I was passing through Montana...

I thought I was missing a few things!

Is someone going after this? If not I am interested.

If anybody needs a go-between on this, I live about 1/2 hour away.

We used my standard lenses for the reproductions...prototypes should be here any day now. ;)

I called John and talked to him about the LV tonight. Might have scared him because he knew the "for sale" was going to be posted and I called about 2 hours later. I'll PM you Marc if I decide to pass on it. John had a long day and I didn't want to keep him too late talking about all the details of his rusty truck.
