n/p...from what i've heard the 8274 is the winch to have! Are you in Utah? I went and looked at the winch in person and it's in good condition. The cables that go from the motor to solenoids probably need to be replaced (cracking), but that is a very easy fix.

Glad to see that went to a forum member. That is the best price I've ever seen for a working 8274.
One tip-Do yourself a favor and split the case, and replace the lube oil. It takes about .4 qt, and I used 80w-90 gear oil. Warn recommends non-detergent 30w. Anyway, over the years, the lube inside can get nasty and water contaminated, so just do it.
