Those are springs on either side of the Lunette . It works like a surge brake. The P.O. had installed it, and I had been experimenting with different springs to get "it right" .
I will post a pic of the set-up very soon and more trailer towing vids.
I am not gonna carry the 5000w diesel genie and Lincoln 140 welder in the back of the trailer unless I am staying on less off camber trails !
Wait, I love off camber! I think it is time to modify the canopy on the trailer , yet I weighed all the parts that went on to it and I came up...
I didnt seem to have a problem with it being "too" top heavy last summer.
Early Fall I was losing my confidence at trailer towing and Incidents like in the picture below were happenning more than I would like to admit :meh:

I have a 6hp evinrude that I put on my MBT. Gotta trim it just right or else the lunette drags and plows.

X3 wipe it out with white vinegar at least a few times . Leave the door open for awhile to air it out and then run it with about 4 open boxes of ARM and HAMMER
Wow ! you still have the " night drive" lights I wear glasses today because of those things, Squinting in the middle of the night HOPING that I wouldnt run in to the ILTis/ trailer in front of me, a long time ago.
