The same basic procedure for removing the small triangle mirror as in the video? The rubber is in good condition. I can tell its fallen off before by the condition of the channel. I was able to muscle the channel back on the window in the door by using the motor to assist. Not sure how long...

The bottom channel fell off the rear DS window. From the posts, I think I need to remove the glass from the door and pound the channel back onto the glass. Only way to do this is to remove the glass from the door BUT I cannot for the life of me figure out how. I've gone through the...
I lost track in these threads. I'm having the one click problem. Sometimes it starts right up an once, just a click. Heading up to the Sierras with the family so not a problem to having.
What's the preferred starter ? I've got a 93 FZ.-- Thanks Dan
I see what you mean. It is like jumping your car and keeping your foot on the gas while you land. Speed of the wheel is greater than the travel speed of the vehicle. Do you have front locking differential? Doesn't look like a good place to get stuck...
Within the last couple months I had this experience.
I posted my 230k mint condition locked 93 for $24k and I had two commuted buyers at asking within a week on putting the ad on Craigslist.
I backed out of selling it. This is in the Bay Area.
I had that standard 2.5” OME lift kit w the standard 33 KO all professionally done and it was a little tipsy.
I swapped out for OEM shocks and OME stock height coils with OEM radius arm bushings and it’s a much much better ride. Someone mentioned stock being more than acceptable and I agree.
Did you read CruiserDans response to the earlier post?
“when in low range the the shift points move up to a higher RPM. Very much like when you switch to the power mode. If the transmission shifts rapidly through the gears in low range the low 4 position circuit is not working.”
That is some amazing detailed and dedicated work! I would love to feel how that truck drives. Re Safety: I just got back from Central America chasing that last south swell and I've been surfing and camping in Latin Am areas since I was a kid. I have never felt unsafe or been robbed, save the...
The woman across the street has a 99 100 that hasn’t moved in two years. 260k. Needs timing belt and trans slips in first and reverse but she’s sell it for $1,500. Interior is rough but not beat. She needs to move it bc she’s renting the house. I can check with her to see if she’s still got it...
I just put brand new CVs in and when I installed them, I added the molly grease after attaching the CV to the inner shaft (then I read that you're suppose to add to the CV before attaching) either way I want to get some extra molly grease in there asap.
