$9k?!??! If that truck was consistently serviced at a Lexus dealership up until 3,000 miles ago, it might just need an oil change, some fluid inspection and a soapy sponge.

Not a 12K, but I have the Runva 11XP-S in my ShortBus. 11,000 lbs, synthetic rope, wireless remote, $550 shipped. Used it 3-4 times in the last few days during the blizzard, pulling stupid neighbors out of the snow.
A note on that... While it's certainly easier and way smarter to remove the ShortBus bumper to install a winch after the fact, it's not absolutely necessary, depending on the winch.
