Ok, great and thanks, Borla it is. Will the flanges from the Magnaflow Y and the Borla cat back line up and work together? Should I get other items such as gaskets or isolators? One cat does not throw any codes on mine right now, should I stick with one on the new install?
Muffler is self destructing and the sensor ports are looking rough. The cats have been replaced with a single about 4 years ago. I could probably just get by with the cat back section.
There's plenty of threads on here about exhausts, but none of them seem to be conclusive. I'll be using the Magna Y pipe with one cat and can't decide if I want the longevity and drone of the Borla, or settle with the Bosal. I don't plan on keeping my low mileage '96, with original exhaust, for...
So, after have a few oncoming drivers flashing their brights at me, I realized that my high beam indicator lamp was out on my dash cluster. For the life of me, I can’t recall where it was located. Can somebody please post a photo of their cluster with their brights on and the indicator lamp...
The orange remover mentioned above not only works amazingly, but it is by far the least harmful of all of the other strippers mentioned. Trust me, good $hit.
I would definitely replace it as they get brittle and will fail at the worst time, like when you are out in the middle of the desert, causing a complete dumping of your coolant and overheating the engine. It has nothing to do with your ac compressor cycling, but was mentioned because they can...
This is correct, which brings us back to an over-charged situation considering that it has been re-charged. Once you are in the hotter environment, the head pressure rises and kicks the compressor off on the head pressure switch. The pressure then lowers and kicks the compressor back on. Cycling...
Your engine may be overheating, despite what the unreliable, crappy gauge says. This will result in kicking the ac compressor off. There are many threads on this if you do a search.
Ok, everybody keeps giving us the same number for the Magna Y, and there are 800 exhaust threads to search. Can we please get the numbers for the second cat and tail pipe, including resonator?
