Like we have all said. The non-usa LC's did not have a 17digit vin and all japanese 60's used the Frame number to designate the model, components, etc. If they can't work with that, don't use them.
I completed my right of passage! KNUCKLE REBUILD!!!
Also replaced my rotors, pads, break lines, new tie rods & alignment, new heater hoses & coolant flush. Oh, and I put in a new fan clutch.

I imported my HJ60 from Japan with 178,000 miles on the clock and in really good shape. Total price with shipping & customs here in the states was 6k. I looked at a lot of FJ60's here in the Western US and I couldn't get anything in the same shape for the same price; and now I have a Diesel...
I assume the graphics were for the Japanese Market only as I don't remember any FJ60's with this styling. It gets people looking. I have seen a couple others on the Forum who have similar color/graphics; also imported from Japan.
