    Well, I'm well beyond replacing the head. In fact I'm not sure where I'm going :confused:. I have the 'new' motor on the stand and am thinking of doing (reading my FSM) the front and rear main seals. I'm also thinking of removing the head and having it redone. I'm not sure where to draw the line...

    Cracked the head on my 3FE. Repairing the head was too expensive so I found another 3FE and tranny with 60k miles less for $800. I now have the old motor out and am starting to replace gaskets (pan, pushrod cover,intake/exhaust etc. on the 'new' motor. I'm planning on replacing all the heater...
