    I end up using a used input shaft and idler shaft from 80s tc. But if I know how fragile the stock 4.3 gear on the front diff, I would have regear to 4.88s instead. With the higher low range and 10% UD, I end up putting more torque and stress on the already weak front diff. Lord and behold...

    From my experience, regear the transfer case on the 100s is not worth it. I would just save that money toward a set of 4.88 gears and lockers. I install 2 sets of 10% UD gear and 3.1 low gear for 2 of my buddies and 2 of them end up blew the front diffs couple months later. At the end...

    Thanks for the respond. I found out what I need already. But I wish Cruiseroutfitters should sell as 2 different kit. One kit for the 80 and the other for the 100. That is less confusing.

    Im in a process of install an under drive gear for my buddy 100. I already swap the input shaft from the 80 series. My question is do I need to replace the 80 idler also Thanks

    i converted my to 80 series brake using booster, master and brake pedal assembly. The only hard part is modified the firewall to fit in the bolt pattern of the 80 booster.

    I think the engine is ok cus you didnt overheat that long. Just top off the coolant, drive it for couple days and watch the coolant level to see if it drop.
