Good question. I am less familiar with TPS on the diesel trucks, but I have reviewed all of the EWD diagrams DivByZero posted.
Some of the early diagrams have TPS/IDL inputs even though the trucks came with mechanical IP and manual transmission. Presumably, these early trucks did not have EGR...

I realize you can just unplug the neutral safety switch and use it as a clutch cancel.
Can you also abandon the OD, ECT, and IDL/TPS inputs from the 1FZ ECM since it is full mechanical diesel and no longer an automatic?

But I believe the HF2A(V) and (some? all?) HF1A bolt-patterns and spline counts are interchangeable. Only the length of the t-case and driveshaft is different to accommodate the viscous coupler in the HF2AV.
Does anyone know, which HF1A manual shift transfer case should I be looking for if I am using the Adventure Vehicles NW adapter kit? From a 70 series with 19 splines?
