    @yOHda From what I know, the 2UZ has been described as a “truck” motor and the 1UZ as a “car” motor. Both awesome, but the 2 should more TQ at lower RPM. Both light years ahead of a 22RE or 2F. Toyota did a ton of research and design on the 1UZ. Ton. I have had one set of Rockwell’s and they...

    @yOHda Thanks! I want to put a 5 speed in a CC 1st gen :) :) this truck is 1,500lb lighter than a 100 series, gives it a lot of pep too @merbesfield ha! I’m just some old dummy. I’ve had a bunch of rock crawlers over the years and being poor, had to fix myself. Slowly collect tools and “skills”.

    Deo has something else up his sleeve 100% chance. He’s put over 30k miles on that rig. Craziness. Road Warrior. I think/hope it goes in the 40s. Like you said, hope a Toyoda nerd who really appreciates the drivetrain will get it and drive like it’s meant to be.

    Deo’s rig 100% inspired mine! He’s a friend and I lusted over his rig except I really wanted a 5 speed. Mine would not exist if not for his. I wish mine wasn’t blue so they could be brothers but not twins :D

    M12 compressor did great. Just let it cool. I’ve used it 5? Times to air 35”s up from 15 to 33 psi. Just not in a hurry. It’s really made for trailer tires
