Awesome! we do usually rent cabins, the 5 or so newer ones sleep 2 in beds but there is room for cots. The two older ones are larger (3 beds and a futon) and have lofts but no bathrooms
Y’all are always welcome to join in. Penciled in for 11/06-11/08 at HPO in Tuscumbia.
Details are here:
HOT South Veterans Day Ride/Campout - 11/6-11/8 2020
We’re still working out the details for this year but figured I’d give y’all a heads up. We’d be happy to have y’all join us.
Talking to the DLC guys that were at SCC it sounds like they were out due to the Bama-LSU game that Saturday. But if you don’t want to stay home for that nonsense (😎)...
We’ll have a couple folks there tomorrow afternoon. A few more, including me, will start trickling in Thursday morning. Heart of the South sets up at the spot in the picture for primitive camping for those that want some neighbors like E suggested. We’ll see y’all at HP!
I have some stuff getting in the way of riding this weekend so I can’t make it.... But, If it turns into a washout y’all are more than welcome to join us on the 23rd.

Enjoyed it too! Thanks for having patience with my trail leading....considering I had no idea where I was going it turned out ok! Everyone in my rig was worn out at the end...
My brother has a set of 5 used 33x12.5x15 bfgs and wheels for sale. They came off his FJ60. They’re in Orange Park, FL but he’ll bring em up to Mardi Krawl (Tuscumbia) if anyone here wants them...$550 for the set. Details and pics here:
For Sale - 15x8 steel wheels + BFG 33x12.50 (FJ60)
Like @bamabrock said, Heart of the South Cruisers is where the Huntsville/North Alabama folks are. Our next event is a ride at Hale Mtn ORV park on February 3rd. Newbie's welcome @DirtbagPaddler. If you're on Facebook find our group over there....it's where we do most of our talking and planing.
