The fun part of BB for me is the section above the waterfall. I really wish that portion could be opened to two-way traffic.

It would be very cool if I could haul my '83 mini and LC to KOA. Rory and I will chat.

Those that have been before know, and new folks will find out soon...we ask that groups are limited to 10 trucks. There are 14 in this photo and that is a burden to ourselves and other Ouray visitors on some trails. There are many routes, several days to run them, and many competent leaders to...

You and @Kleatus oughtta confer, as you're suffering a similar issue. He had his apart again recently - hopefully he found the silver bullet.

Much appreciated. Yup, he's Emmett. I tried for Hägar the Horrible but that was disapproved.

The easy way is mark the dizzy and block for your max and min timing marks, then turn the dizzy as needed. Maybe add one for ~12* to jump right to as needed. @SoTexCruiserDoc, little dude has made his entrance. All good in the 'hood. We're all headed to the house this afternoon.

These trails are categorized as county roads. Speed limits and all. If you're good to drive the highways, you're good in the San Juans.

Yes. A few of them would be decent cut-throughs if not for the traffic - Ophir and Imogene especially.

Not surprised by the Black Bear news. Sheriff's historical statements just about guarantee it'll be the last one to get dozer love. No work in Poughkeepsie either...that could make for some excellent wheeling and scenery.

Would've been year #5 for us, but we'll be at the house on baby duty. I'll live vicariously through y'all via the interwebz. Someone grab a photo of Blue Mesa Reservoir as you pass by please. I'm curious how much it recovered after this year's melt. I'll add to Casey's list...cooling systems...

80s with tall lifts and uncorrected front caster make for some angry front DSs. This is well-documented in the 80 section - as are the solutions. HF2As have a little output shaft wobble at slack throttle due to no torque going through the center diff. This increases with age as the spiders wear...

    2023 Dusy Ershim Run?

I understand the draw to the event, but that's an awful lot of traffic on a technical trail. Not really my jam.
