    @2fpower I reside in Morro Bay California which is roughly 3 hours from Los Angeles and 3 hours from San Francisco. If this helps any of the California buyers out I frequently travel throughout California.... Or it's a relatively nice area to visit for a weekend or day trip get away. Thanks...
