   Strange issue with the power door lock function

   Do you have an alarm, and if so have you inspected its wiring? When I bought my 80, I found that the old alarm was installed with those horrible Scotch-Lock things. Several of the wires in my driver's side kick-panel were severed, leading to intermittent or no connection.
