It's the stock Aisan that came with here, built in Sept. 1973 (engine is F 1.5). The only thing a little different is that it is a federal carb as she started her life in Cali.

I searched both FSM and Mud but couldn't seem to find an answer.
When the choke lever on the dash panel is pushed all the way in (open), should the choke valve/plate be straight vertical or be at a slight angle?
