   73 Question About Fuel Tank and Separator

   Should my 10/72 FJ40 have the fuel tank cover or the two hold down straps? I see pictures of both in '73 trucks. The EPC calls out the straps for 9/71 to 9/73. My truck came to me with a cover but there are no threaded holes for securing the back side and there are no brackets for the straps...
