You know that those front leaf springs appear okay from here. The fact that they have not fatigue-cracked or lost their curve is not something that could be said for many rigs.
This is really impressive. I can't tell if you are building a Land Cruiser or a resume. The profile was cut with water jet, right? And what were those tangs for that you removed on the triangular shackle hanger? 1018 cold-rolled-steel? Did it warp much with those welds?
