    Delta VS Radius Arms

My arms are slightly thinner than stock and I have noticed a slight difference when contact is made, I tried to articulate this below. Billygoats 2¢ Compared to stock it seems to me that the front end slides/glides a little better than stock arms, I think if it sort of like a boat or a kayak...

Evening Mud :flipoff2: It's no secret I'm an @Delta VS fanboy, all the delta gear is plug and play, and we'll just awesome! My 3" radius arms have a few years on them, dozens of family camping and snowboard day trips, and include trails like The Rubicon, Slickrock, Sour Grass, And many...

^This @BlackMud if you have a CDL you can drive around and definitely with one drive shaft either front or rear. Example when I pull my front drive shaft she's silent....... What everyone is saying is pull the drive shaft lock your CDL and drive it it the vibrations gone you've isolated the...

^This I also have a Dobson 3-in lift and have been chasing driveline vibes. My front transfer case output flange was pointing up not down toward the differential, I had a custom driveline shop in Sacramento build me a double card in shaft which helped dramatically. I still have a tiny bit of...

When i had the DC Made the delta between the front diff flange and drive shaft was 0.5 degrees, it is my understanding as well the DC works well under 1 degree between those two.

The bumper winch line battery all that's already on the front, I brought my 80 to West Coast driveline in West Sacramento and the gentleman there doing drive shafts for 40 years took the angles himself. My concern was maybe something got damaged with a growling so bad, like maybe I strained...

Thanks for this. My front diff flange is facing in the correct direction, up towards the Tcase 2ish degrees, however the Tcase flange is also facing up not parallel 2ish degrees down towards the diff. I'm still researching this but it looks to be the reason some 80's need a DC and some don't...

Looks like others have you lined out well. I would suggest connecting with @Delta VS also if your plan is to go radius arms. I love, love, love mind, they were epic on slick rock and the Rubicon. The guys at Delta have the arms dialed in and are very knowledgeable. I have a dobinsons 3" lift...

I have the 4" control arms, they are awesome, amazing transformation on and off road. However, there are times, and I honestly try not to think about it........ I wonder if I should have gone 37's I'm super happy with my 315's, full Delta kit and Dobinson 3" but there are times I wonder if I...

    Delta VS Radius Arms

Awesome info, my D to R & R to D clunk cleaned up a ton changing all 4 u joints, PIA but big difference. I'll be looking at the rear slip yolk slop next (probably new rear drive shaft) and front drive flanges to clean up more driveline play. Back to delta and bushings, I have been eying the...

Appreciate the input and conversation. I have @Delta VS front sway drops and rear bump stops as well. Would you suggest looking into rear sway drops when I change the sway bushings as well? I think dobinson makes a rear sway drop bracket. Really looking forward to getting those sway bar...

    Delta VS Radius Arms

I found the front adjustable panhard, radius arms, and rear panhard bracket were absolute game changers. Each piece made a very noticeable difference but combined it's Epic. I've got my axles roughly centered. I couldn't handle having so much want for a Delta rear bumper to match my front...

Looking good I almost went 37 but was worried my 3+ lift and all the Delta goodies wouldn't prevent massive rubbing. I'm also considering re-gearing to 4:88 with my 315/75's I imagine 37's would swamp the 80? How's your articulation? Did you regear?

Awesome, I only have a few rear bushings to change after the sway bar bushings today. I hope once the bushings are 100% body roll in corners is a little better.
