yep..ordered it yesterday...should be here tmrow!
thanks for the photos...
I was planning on making a custom tranny hump that comes up a lot taller than stock...with a sealed compartedment for the ECM so it can stick out like a CD player.....do you think it would get to hot there?
awesome. thanks for posting those up...
How do you like the closed loop setup?
Also, does the ECU get enough cold air in that glove box...I was reading the manual and it said to not put it in the glovebox...I figured the 40's box is roomy enough that heat wouldnt be an issue!
So...based on that description....does it come setup to run in closed and open loop? or is that an upgrade...?
EDIT- clicked on the link...its an upgrade
DiHrdBowTi- so does the ECM that the projection comes with include differnt settings that you can tune for diffenent applications and then...
So whats the difference between a closed loop system and an open loop?
Does the closed loop self adjust whereas the open loop you have to adjust yourself as you change altitude?
The howell harness is $400 plus the 150 for the wrecker, and the 02 sensor..I would be pretty close to the $950 for the Holley, but with the holley its all new with a warrranty
Is yours the "Digital" model?
Supposedly you can also tune it with a laptop...is this true?
Also, was the wiring that was included long enough to mount wherever you wanted in the cab?
Any photos of your setup under hood and ECM??
Yes TPI is better...BUT twice the price:mad:
Sounds like the Holley is user friendly PLUS its below 1k!
'74 UA FJ- Do you tune your on a computer? or out of the back of the ECM?
I am getting ready to do a throttle body injection on my crate 350....
I was checking out this holley setup that looks pretty sweet...any of you guys have experience with TBI and different brands?
