Supports for Early/Long Benches with roll bar install

Beating a dead horse here, but I can't find pics. I put a factory roll bar in my '69, and moved the seats in, lost the support of the rubber bumper stop, yada, yada. You know this story well. I have been looking for a way to support the front edge of my benches so the weight isn't all on the...

    fuel pump help?

Is there a difference in the fuel pump for my 69 F motor and an early 2F motor? They look the same except for the location of the fittings. I converted to rubber lines so fitting placement is minor to me. Can anyone confirm that the pumps are NOT interchangeable? I do not want electric, and...

    69 fj40 fuel line replace

My 69 sitting up for LONG time. Needed to replace line from tank to fuel filter canister, and canister to pump. I think it used to be flexible, now it is more like stiff plastic. The fittings to tank and fuel filter canister are not NPT, so I had to get creative. What I came up with was brake...

    The beast is breathing!!!

After 8 1/2 years of abuse (i.e. not moving out of the garage at my sister's house) the beast is breathing. My (late) dad's '69 fj40 just fired cranked for the first time. It is an emotion I cannot express. And the wrench therapy is much needed right now. My wife lost her maternal...
