Builds Yeti my 80 series 2fe build

Thanks guys. I'm hoping the Cruiser will go to someone who will finish it and keep you all updated. And I totally plan to get back into another Cruiser someday, this is just a temporary condition.

    For Sale  1992 FJ80, 2fe project.

Hey Mudders! It is with sadness and probably a twinge of regret later on that I am posting my 80 series project up for sale. I am changing life directions and heading off to university in January so I won't have the time or money to spend finishing her up and need to sell fairly quickly. Here...

Finally filmed a 0-60 run. ~17 seconds on this one. My average is around 16.5. I'm happy with that, heck of a lot better than it used to be.

    0 to 60 times. How slow/fast is your 80? w/ videos

Finally got around to filming my 2fe powered 1992 FJ80. I have no idea what the stock time was before I swapped the engine but it was pretty awful. I averaged 16.5 seconds over several runs. Stock A440f tranny, gearing, and tire size.

Yes, a good question indeed. It drives pretty dang good. It's been a while since I drove the 3fe so I sort of forgot what it felt like. But I will say that I can definitely feel an increase in torque when driving around on flat, accelerating, and going up hills. There is one hill by my house...

Here are a few pictures of the stance with the stock tire size and 1.25" body lift. As you can see there is a bit of body damage, but that will have to wait a while to get fixed.

Here is a video of it idling, What do you guys think? The exhaust doesn't quite sound like I was expecting, but then again the tired, old, stock exhaust setup is kinda pathetic.

It is running right! And boy do I feel stupid... Instead of a long winded explanation I think a picture will explain the best, I'm not exactly sure how I missed this as I was anal with cleaning everything else. I think it is because I was planning on removing the intake manifold for some...

Wheelin62s HJ31 build (formerly known as project 6x6)

Dude, I haven't been on 'mud lately but this build is getting better and better. As others have said I think the long wheel base with the military bed looks killer. Even though I was looking forward to it, I'm not even mad that you're not going ahead with the 6x6 thing. Coming along nicely...

Hey guys. I knew this busy season was coming up and I wouldn't have a lot of free time, hence my goal to be done by April, sigh. But I thought I would take the time to update you all on what has (or hasn't) been going on with this project. So I did the power balance test and all of the...

    Trading my 2011 for 2014 ???

If you are good for money get the newer one. But if not I would keep your current Cruiser. That's my vote. Now I don't own a 200 series right now but I definitely will some day, that's for sure.

Aside from the cracked intake hose a couple of other things were bugging me. One being the interference between the 2f pcv and the high pressure fuel line. Even though I moved the line back it was still lightly pushing against the pcv hose so I wasn't convinced that it was getting a 100% seal...

Well the good news is that it starts and runs. The bad news is that it doesn't run right:(. It will start but the idle is really rough, it smooths out as you bring the rpm's up but it still doesn't feel or sound quite right. My first thought was that I was off a tooth on the dissy, but I...
