I found a pair of Tacoma seats off CL for free in perfect condition, made my own mounts and used a universal rail for forward and rear movement. This cost me less $100.

I just recently swapped out my steering column for another unit and it made a huge difference. I did not go through this process like you have, but now wish I had. The other thing is, I’m not sure the ujoints are available, if you find differently, I would be curious.
