if you are wheeling, 100% i would if you can! Ive ripped 2 or 3 of those bad boys off while wheeling hahahahaha, that said reducing the amount of piping will change the amount of refridgerant you have and may or may not need to be efficient

rip the old fuel lines out, run new AN lines from the pump to a regulator, I mounted mine up on the frame near the t-case, than your return line is short too

well to combat my lack of fuel and getting ready for an atlas, I have purchased a 32 gallon jaz fuel cell! Ill be installing it where the factory spare went, cutting a GIANT hole in the floor and building a smaller firewall around it, along with keeping the factory fuel door location!
have you bench tested the ECM?? i purposely built a test harness for the PCM/ECM so i could flash it on the bench not factoring in the wirign from the vehicle, I ended up having a couple minor issues with my harness one being I had to keep the key int he crank position hahahahaa
pfft im old school, rocking an 0411 from a chevy express van reusing the old school throttle cable! was easy peasy, and I found much finer throttle control, BUT i dont drive mine far distances when Im done I load it on the trailer usually broken hahahaha and get in my cummins and go home lol
