    Blasted the underside of the tub, after years of replacing panels I just need one rear bed support channel which is on order. Once replaced it can be primed and I'll start on the interior and exterior.

    Can anyone give me a measurement of the lower right hand dash pad end to end. Mine was cut b/c the radio hole was widened. I have currently made the radio opening 6 7/16 x 2 1/8 per what I've researched the stock opening to be. Any help would be appreciated fellas.

    Finally my 40 is going to paint!! The tear down has began. Front end is off, all fender flare holes are welded, and blended, small crack in the pass. side corner of the hood drilled, ground, and welded. Labeling bagging and tagging everything. I'm over the moon with this decision to get her...

    Volts drop a lot when headlights are on

    The manual says voltage can be between 13.8-14.8, I just found an in between and was happy with that. Hope it helps.

    Hid is high intensity discharge it's a headlight bulb, a real bright one too. To adjust your vr, remove cover and move the arm up or down to raise and lower voltage. I did this with the truck running and a multi meter.

    I did the cruiser Corp h4 headlights with an hid kit, readjusted my voltage regulator, raising the volts good to go.

    Powder coated my trusty jack, still need to reassemble and lube but atleast it looks new.
