I cannot remember the size. I purchased them last summer and leave the wheels in CO when I am not there.
These wheels were barely used take-offs that I found on CL. I bought the new bfg's at discount tire and they gave me a trade in price for the oe tires that were on the wheels. My cost of...
Wow, that is shockingly terrible looking. I am one of those people that takes my LX off-roading. I already hate how low the running boards are (waiting for someone to design some decent sliders). But look how low the front and rear bumpers are! You couldn't clear much with those. It does...
Y'all have a good time. I passed a couple of your group last night at about 10 pm at the end of Monarch Pass. Two nicely built 100s, one with a trailer. I passed you in a sweet Buick LaCrosse Hertz rental with NY plates. I go back and forth to Crested Butte in the summer and my family stays...
Here are some muddy pics. BFG A/T KO2 285/65/18
At 12,500' Mt. Tilton near Crested Butte CO. Truck is at High height. No rubbing with this combo under any circumstance yet.
Yes, you can pull the TPMs from your current LX and install on whatever wheels you decide.
I purchased them with the intent to run them instead of the 20" wheels. But, truthfully, they don't drive as well in the city. The LT tire rating means stiffer sidewalls and the need to run higher pressures. This isn't as comfortable as I like. Like most of us, 90%+ of my driving is on...
On my LX, I bought 18" LC wheels on CL and put BFG AT KO2 tires on them. Looks just like the photos above in the snow.
I found a new set of 2014 LC take-off wheels with new factory tires. Took them to Discount tire, they gave me $$ for the tires, and I purchased the BFGs.
The A/T tires (an...
****SOLD*****
I have a barely used set of SOR Tuff Duck Seat Slip Covers. Brown Color. $225 Shipped to lower 48 via Fedex Ground or USPS (my choice).
I bought these for a 2000 LC that I quickly dumped due to tranny problems. I only used them for a few weeks - and never got them dirty.
They...
Looking for known-working accumulators for LX470. Perhaps someone removed their working AHC system and still has these sitting around.
Please email me at my Mud user id at gmail.com
Thanks!
Many of the guys remove the hitch when prepping their trucks for offloading (the hitch limits clearance). Post up a WTB on the classifieds. I did that years ago and found one for $50. OE is best, in my opinion.
BTW, to your original question - your truck will tow just fine. I have towed...
Dawg,
Katrina was a loooong time ago. And this thing would be rusted out by now if it had been flooded back then! Truck hasn't lived in hurricane zones during its life.
No indication of water under the dash, carpets nor anywhere on the car. So I don't think water entered the truck. But...
