I have front and rear diffs from a 2002 Land Cruiser. These were pulled out of my Cruiser with only 130,000 miles on them when I had front and rear TJM Lockers put in. What’s in the photos is what they come with. I’m in San Diego. Make an offer and thanks!

    Tough dog review thread

I have 5k miles on my oem shocks but decided to give the tough dog 41’s a try up front. The 41’s are every bit as smooth as the OEM’s. I have not tried them off road yet which is what I’m really excited about.

    Air Lift 1000 Install

I highly recommend doing one side at a time, leaving the tire on the side that you’re NOT working on (especially if you’re new to wrenching like me). I’m thinking about putting a video together for newbies on how this is done. I’ve done it enough wrong times by now to speak on the matter

    Explain this...

I’m guessing that’s what it is, it’s the how it got fixed that has me perplexed

    Explain this...

My VSC Trac ABS and BRAKE lights have been lighting up my dash since last week. It started after I very mildly hopped up on a curb with my passenger side front tire. It was a tiny jolt, like going over speed bump a little too fast. The next day, the lights were off but came on maybe 10 minutes...

    OME 2866 height issue.

I installed them backwards the first time too. The explanation I was given was that one spring is designed to be on the side that the gas tank is on due to the extra weight there.

    16s or 18s ...Thoughts?

I have the load range E BFG k02’s in 275/70/18. I always heard the tire could peel off around 15 psi, had no clue I could push down to 5psi. That’s great to know!

    Rear Spring Options

I have the OME2860’s on my LC and the ass sits way too high. Ride quality suffers tremendously when I crank the tbars to a acceptable visual level. I’ve thought about UCA’s but at $600+... ouch. Another thing about the 2860’s is that they’re pretty damn stiff even with the third row installed...

    16s or 18s ...Thoughts?

Wait, you air down to 5psi on 18’s? Is this safe? I’m hitting the dunes on Saturday.

RUST RUST RUST where to start , looking for suggestions

Every single one of of our rigs will be gone one day, either to rust or the junkyard. Make sure it’s safe and enjoy the hell out of it. It’s easy to obsess about these things and waste time/money.
