    Just how slow is the 3fe off the line?

    See mine is fairly quick off the line but after that acceleration is pretty much non existent unless you mat it or manually drop a gear. I have 5.29s and 35" tires and 230000 on a untouched engine. I just enjoy it while I save money for a 5.3 swap. Jeff

    You should be fine for a couple more days, I have seen people go years on mini trucks with there knuckles puking all over. Just keep a eye on gear oil level in the diff and plan on doing it as soon as you can to prevent further wear on birfs. And wheel bearings! And have fun!

    Just take a plasma cutter or grinder to the stock one that's what I did to my Land Cruiser and mini truck. No need to waste money on it. But pretty sure it needs to be there for at least a spacer.

    1991 FJ80 Value

    It says lockers but they were not optional in 91 i am sure there talking about the center diff lock. and also they say the timing chain is fine they have gears not a chain. Not sure if they are just pulling stuff out of there you know where. But I got my 91 for $1500. Not a spec of rust on it...
