slow leak out of oil pan plug. I am using the old plug, looked OK when I changed the oil. should I have just spent the $5 and gotten a new one? will this fix my problem? It wasn't leaking before the oil change.

I have the Sirius sportster. it has worked with 10" of snow on top of the ant. and at 9000" feet with alot of tree cover. no complaints here.

so as far as the grill goes....did you guys sand off all of the chrome by hand or just scuff it up nice? I am going to do it today but I don't want to spend all day trying to get off all the chrome if I don't have to.

as you can see I got rid of all the mounts and brackets as everything will mount directly to the back of the panel. I used the same holes for the original panel just made them a bit bigger.

I am reinstalling everything on the front. when I went to put the Alt back in that is where the problem started. the alternator bracket will not let the A/C sit in its bracket correctly or if I put the A/C in straight. it interferes with the alt bracket sitting flush on the motor.
any help...

yep. the bottom of the alt bracket won't let the a/c sit square in its bracket. is it time to break out a hammer???
