    As noted in an edit to my original post, possibly was just gummed up injectors. Fuel injector cleaner seems to have done the trick. I drove it for 4 hours on the highway yesterday and didn’t have a problem.

    Edit: I’ve taken more photos and will post them in a comment below. The land cruiser was driven for a week with 44K fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank. I refilled the tank and drove 4 hours on the highway and didn’t have any problems with the misfire. Hopefully that solves it. But I’ve...

    Yeah sorry I wasn’t clear. All I get is cylinder 2 misfire when I pull the codes. And that’s only if I catch it when it’s on. If I shut it down too long it won’t show any current codes.
