Tie-down and cargo area divider. It makes a nice safe spot to store optics, rifles, and other fragile things without getting crushed by coolers and such. Also doubles as an extension for sleeping in the back.
This is near the top of my to do list. Already halfway there with my aftermarket headers and hudd expo test plug. I am going to start collecting parts for this, fuel filter, plugs and wires, and new belts, along with some other stuff.
Let us know how it affects performance and mpg's in a month...

Experimented with reheating leftover pizza on a fire. Worked good enough for me.
Got some more rocks for the yard. Really loaded up this time. I figure 1,000lbs in the back. Really squatted the rig and made the drive up and out from the lake exciting.
The guy who did mine was able to pull the windshield and replace the gasket twice without breaking. But he did give me the disclaimer that he was not responsible if it did break.
They need to use polyurethane. I highly recommend having them use the sikaflex mentioned above.
The most critical thing is having safelite glue the gasket to the windshield and the also glue the gasket to the body all the way around.
Don't let fakelite tell you that the gasket isn't designed...
My first cruiser was a fj62. I parked it nose down on a steep hill and started walking away. I noticed the cruiser was slowly walking down the road. It would move like a 1/4 turn of the wheels than stop than roll again. I was able to jump inside and stop it.
