Just need to use insta-holes when putting in the solider pier wall for the concrete walls to be formed up. The insta-holes usually sit in the lumber building materials dept at your local supplier, right next to the board stretchers of course.
So I'm seeing a lot of concrete related threads and didn't want to steal any of them so I figured that for those of you wishing to put in that basement, wall, footing, slab I'd post up a few DIY pics. Any one here should be able to whip something like this out on a standard two day weekend I'm...
Even if its a 6" reinforced concrete slab any 12k machine with a breaker will do the trick. A 22'x20' slab shouldn't take you more than 2-3 days at the most. A CAT 305 which is right at 10k would work. I speak from experience. Unless your hitting some crazy 6k-8k lb concrete mix it should go...
Looks like you've got it squared away. Thought Id throw these ones out there for fun, just so you can see the rebar. These are several months old as later pics have subsequent walls and columns with columns having 3" rebar threaded for plates.
Hey there Girlz.....
Been awhile
So Spook as the guys have previously pointed out TOTO are without question one of the best.
They are impressive and this is why. About a year after Cookiemonsterette had me put one in the master bath it became clogged. It would still flush water, toilet...
Ya that's a score, looks like the handle may rotate like Milwaukee's. Had two Milwaukee's, gave one to White Shark after his garage got flooded out. He let it dry out blew all the dirt off it, and it still works just fine.
Nice that you scored a case too.
I've heard similar things & the folks at DMV have said that kit cars are exempt.
However it's a somewhat gray area.
Per CA DMV
California law describes a custom-built car as one that's "built for private use, not for resale, and is not constructed by a licensed manufacturer or...
Legislation should be a little more loose on kit cars I would hope, and I'mn hoping someone here can answer with respects to your experience with SLC/Utah & fed gov't.
Hope I'm not stealing thread.
So how does that apply in a "kit car" scenario?
Say I go to Canada and purchase an 80 series diesel, disasemble it and import it as a kit car. Can it legally be registered with that engine as such, or can you mod an exsisting truck with a diesel "kit" engine as such attach a new vin to it...
No love I tell ya, why can't we just be left alone to dream of shops the size of most dealership setups.
I suppose I'm left with getting my 8yr old to proof any future postings.
x2 and I've had to fix fab jobs. PITA. Done firestone hearth slabs and countertops and I don't recommend it unless you've got a respectable sized wallet.
Lets see I've got a couple 20-28oz Vaughan's (23oz is my favorite frammer next to my Hitachi NR-83 & 90).
Douglas (Santa Cruz, CA) makes great demo hammers, got 4 or 5 frammers and one finish.
My Stilleto's (one finish one frammer) sit on my shop wall and are good for shop use.
#1-never...
