Just to clarify, this seems to apply only to the Australian market Single cab VDJ79 2017+ which has a total different thicker chassis, different cross member limiting lift kits due to the front drive shaft hitting, different steering arm locations, removal of the under cab front fuel tank, foam...
Interesting they are using the earlier 1vd motor same spec as Aus 2007- 2016 pre dpf v8. Do these run the dpf? Also the single cab 79 still running twin fuel tanks unlike the Aus model only have the rear tank in the single cabs since dpf.
You will need change the gear shifter and low range stick from 105 to 7X series , gearbox cross member is in a different location, the floor holes are wrong you need to unpick a 79 series one from a 1hz version and unbolt the 75 series one , lots of work for a weaker gearbox
Jump on carsales.com.au grab a vin number off one that is for sale and pun the vin in toyota diy , all our 7X series landcruisers in aus came with the tachometer dash since 1984 .

Hi mate.
Is it a direct swap.
Which 80 series clutch do you use when fitting the 300mm to the 70 series. Seems there is 3 clutch kits for the 80 series.
I believe the only difference in the kits is the thrust bearing?
thanks.

Are you talking about both cover breathers
What about the turbo pushing boost into the intake when pushing the skinny pedal
if not why do people put them infront of the turbo
With your rocker cover breathers now getting boost instead of vacuum i see one is plumbed into the turbo intake but the other is still in the intake manifold ,would boost not cause an issue with that one or is that a one way valve or some type.?
Cheers
