Testing the name "Bravo". And that is the former only dog "Concho" in the background he is now apprehensive about the new addition.
I'm sure this is obvious but did you air down below 10psi? I have read of guys much heavier than you having no problems at all and having plenty of "float". I can't really say much as I am only around 160, and there is no snow in this area, just lots of loose sand and rock.
So does anyone else out there ride a fat bike?
I just got a Motobecane Sturgis, and have been riding it everyday for the past few weeks. This thing is awesome! I would have never guessed riding a fat bike could be so fun, or rather so much more fun than a normal MTB. I ride it on our...
Pump is the factory type mechanical.
I'm not familiar with the emissions stuff but that looks like it might be a charcoal canister? Though considering your 2F has been desmogged, it wouldn't matter much.
The carb is an Motorcraft (autolite) 2100. Though possibly a 2150, the two are very similar.
First off the choke cable is not connected because that has an electric choke on it. You need to run a keyed 12v line to the choke. The screw you turned ( I believe) simply adjusted the fast idle when...
Done a lot to the FJ40 since last year, come back out and see it again.
Also the road after you cross was worked on all summer and is in better shape than it has been in many years (although we have had some torrential rains and washes over the last month so like always it can be a gamble)...
Hey folks,
I need to apologize for even posting this up, and especially to those who were interested in it. I had been having second thoughts about selling the FJ40 for the past few days and when I told my son that it would be gone soon, he ran outside and jumped in it crying and reminding me...
Hey folks,
A change in my life has made me reconsider daily driving my FJ40, not to mention that nearly 200mi a day isn't fair to the truck even if it does it without complaint. As such it is time to let her go to a new home.

Thanks for the replies guys, I went out looked at it while waiting for replies and it was glaringly obvious where the grease should be. Was going to come back in and confirm and you guys already had.
Thanks!
Also, maybe a problem but I installed them and started it once already and let it idle for a few minutes before I noticed the little thing of lube, is that a problem?
So I needed new points and they came with a small "pill" of lube.
Stupid question I am sure, but what part of the points am I supposed to lube??
Thanks!
