    I don't think I have the correct thermostat installed. I think it might be too short and the bottom is not closing off the bottom orifice. How tall should the thermostat be? It opens and closes around 180F so it seems to be functional for what it is. I just don't think it is the correct fit...

    BJ41 24V Blower Motor

    Working my way through my BJ41. The blower motor wasn't working and after I took it apart I found a couple of the windings are broken. Has anyone rebuilt one of the these by replacing the windings or should I just find a rebuild shop? The brushes and bearings look ok.

    Help with BJ41 Dash

    Can someone tell me what the Green Light dash indicator (A) is for? It flashes irregularily while driving. Also, there seems to be another warning light just to the right of the Brake indicator (B)
