IMHO. It’s time to ditch the split rims and upgrade to a set of either FJ40 steel wheels with the clips or a set of US spec late 40/FJ60 wheels.
Much easier and safer in the long term.
Just buy a new master and booster assembly. About $1200 brand new from Toyota and will last another 200k.
Easier, faster and more warrantied than having someone on eBay rebuild it.

I opted to not try and rebuild mine [04 V8 Runner) and just bought a new assembly from Mr Toyota for about $1200.
It’s a 1 banana job if you replace the complete unit and can be swapped in about an hour including bleeding the brakes.

I rebuild my manual steering boxes with grease.
Much thicker and it will never leak regardless of how worn the seals are.
But I also agree with the above in that if it’s ok and has an acceptable amount of play I’d leave it alone.
