Well I guess I'll add to this thread as well. I built this trailer for Clark who lives on the other side of the state in Boise. I like how it turned out. Here are a few pictures of him putting it through its paces.
And just for fun here are a couple when it was in...
Things are looking good, but I do have one suggestion although it may be either too late or not your style. I would move the tire mount up higher so that when the back of the tow rig goes up and the back of the trailer goes down the spare tire doesn't come into contact with the ground. I'd hate...
The link for Photobucket works great. You've got a lot done and the independent suspension links are looking great.
If you want the pictures to show up in your post just copy and past the IMG Code from below the picture into your post. Here are a couple picture to tease the other guys into...
Very nice start to the trailers. I love the pictures and can't wait to see some more. I'm especially interested in watching the suspension come together. Keep up the good work. It's cool to see another fellow Albertan on this site. I'm originally from Cardston but now reside in Idaho. I should...
Take a look at Outlander Trailers." They are one of the only trailer manufacturers that I can think of that I have seen put a spare tire on the back of the trailer.

You might measure the width and height of the existing flag stencils. You can later scale a picture of the flag to the correct size and then make your own stencil as was suggested.

Looks great! You know that after you have it painted Dune Beige you'll need to go back and repaint the Canadian flag stencils don't you?
Can't wait to see another trailer build.

Well, it might be a little bit before I get back to the indy build. My shop is in the process of aquiring a new toy, I mean tool. Along with that will be a new project as well. This project will be on a lot tighter schedule though. As I collect more parts for this new project I may start a new...
Looks like a nice design. What are the dimensions of the trailer? How long and wide are the trailing arms for the suspension going to be? Will the lid be removable for use as a utility / ATV trailer?
When do you plan to start building this one?
Mike
Guilty as charged! It looks like I have a lot more reading to do over here. Nice work on the struts. I'll have to check out McMaster on the install instructions. Thanks for the tip. It's amazing some of the tech info in some of the catalogs out there.
Top notch, just like the rest of your...
Thanks for the welcome. Boy it must have been late last night when I registered, I thought that I used GeoTracker90 as my user name. Now I need to figure out how to get that changed.
Can't wait to see this painted up and all pretty like. You're making some real good progress.

For painting the plastic for your shower take a look at Krylon | Krylon® Fusion for Plastic®
Krylon claims that their Fusion paint will adhere to plastics. Check out Wal-Mart or Ace Hardware or others to find it.
Can't wait to see this all painted and put together. I love the look...
