all i'm saying is with these bigger tires, it is going to put more stress on the rear end while in mud. if i put better gears in it, the stress should be easier on the gears. am i right or what.

i am looking at an 85 with 10 inch lift and 39 inch boggers. it has a 383 in it. it also has a straight axle and i believe the stock rear axle although it has disc brakes. (it looks like a smaller version of the 9 inch ford). i don't want to blow the axle out but i don't go through really deep...
