Ian.....Wow.....
It seems we need to go see ZUK.....I have a few more units and the demo sitting around
And Manuel....sorry I missed ya' the other day, Call me if you need anything.
Sweet...even the lift thread turns into a "cracked fender" thread.....;)
I owned an 07,lemoned it/bought an '08...totaled it/ and now have an '09.....all the fenders ripped FYI.....
As far as the lift....you will NEED to do the OME or something with a new spring and shock....the spacer kit...
If you're running 37's....you ain't running an FJ.......
Other then that....8lbs is pushing the limit of the bead regardless of what you're running.....
I run at 14 lbs rock crawlin' in Az. and only lost a bead once.....under water/on rocks/spinnin' a wheel.....a quick ratchet strap and...
Some...not enough to worry about......I'm there every Friday night...

There's enough for the dog.....:hhmm:
Why you removed the drive shaft is beyond me....but to disable all the traction crap for the dyno....remove this plug on the master cylinder....DONE!!!!
Your UCA are hitting the spring....check to rubber boot our the ball joint on that side....i would guess it's ripped and all the grease is gone....
Time to start over.....Don't get the All-Pro's...they squeek from the start.....
If you were to build the "perfect" bumper....It would have REVERSE lights built in....real bright wide beam lights!!!! It's a simple T-tap and a relay to make it work...I rigged my own....
And for that I'll jump to $700:)
Look at the Hankook 285/70/17's mt's....I have 40k HARD off road miles and it's almost time to replace them....they are the quitest MT tire I've owned....I'll replace them with the same ones....
My control box is under the hood....good for keeping the dumbies from screwing with my winch....Bad for when I need it, and I'm knee deep in mud or water......
Control box behind air intake tube...
So I ran the control wire thru the firewall to inside the cab....
