Generally as you get up to highway speed the axle wants to suck under and the positive caster will help mitigate that and result in a much nicer highway handling vehicle. Did 5 deg plates on a 6" lift and the night and day difference was huge the second I got up to speed.

PO of my rig replaced the rad with a CSF, blew head gasket
I put in a second brand new CSF, massive overheating that would have been a head gasket if I didnt limp it home
The brass/copper CSF simply doesnt work on a 1fzfe in my opinion that design is for the 3FE

Ive had a similar random phantom check engine on odb1 truck, turns out there was an exhaust leak which was upsetting the O2 sensors. Was apparent in colder temps and when left idle overnight. Listen for your exhaust leaking and fix that if you can.
